At the VCDC Education Center we recognize the need for affordable housing within our community, therefore we established the Vasilios Supportive Housing Initiative (VSHI). Our housing initiative program is designed to provide housing, as well as a variety of wrap-around service programs that will restore and rebuild individuals and their families from the inside out.
The following are some of the wrap-around service options that may be included in the monthly charges:
Homebuyer Assistance Program - Through VCDC's Homebuyer Program we provide down payment and closing cost assistance to families and individual who have the cash flow necessary to handle a mortgage payment, but do not have the money necessary to cover the down payment and closing costs.

- Job Training and Educational Programs
- Leadership and Mentoring Programs
- Behavior Modification Programs
- Independent & Daily Living
- Recovery Groups
